- all orders must be paid in full. No partial payments.

- We do a 14 day reprint policy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges but will discuss doing a reprint of the order.

- To be eligible for a reprint, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your reprint request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- We are not responsible for any lost packages by UPS, USPS. Any lost packages please place a claim and they will get back to you.
